Overview

The Integrations configuration enables administrators to create and manage custom application packages for various communication channels. These packages allow communication platforms to integrate with Ideabridge services and websites as native applications.

Prerequisites

Before configuring integrations, ensure you have:

  • Admin-level access to the Ideabridge platform
  • Access credentials for the target communication platform
  • Required API keys or tokens for the communication channel
  • Understanding of the communication platform’s app deployment process
