When you click on the “+” Add icon in the Evolution Matrix panel, a new window will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. In the “Add Evolution Matrix” window, you will see the following options:
- Name: This field allows you to enter the name of the evolution matrix.
- Default State: This checkbox enables you to set default evolution criteria for the matrix.
- Add Criteria: You can define up to 5 criteria for the evolution matrix. You can add or delete criteria using the “+” and “X” icons available next to each criteria.
- Define Passing Rule: Define passing rule: Specify the passing rule based on the number of criteria filed and the “Yes” or “No” responses. Choose whether it leads to an “Approve” or “Reject” outcome.
- Add Finally click on “Add” option at the bottom right corner to add the Evolution Matrix These options provide flexibility in creating and configuring your evolution matrix according to your specific requirements.
