When you click on the + Add icon in the Announcements panel, a new window will appear on the right side of the screen. In this window, you will need to fill in the following information:
Message: Enter the message that you want to share with the audience.
Start Time: Select the date and time when the announcement should start being displayed.
To set the announcement start time, users can click on the calendar icon as shown below image and select the desired date and time as start time.
- End Time: Select the date and time when the announcement should stop being displayed.
To set the announcement end time, users can click on the calendar icon as shown above image and select the desired date and time as end time.
Announcement Type: Choose the type of the announcement, either “Information” or “Warning”.
**Add: **Click the “Add” button at the bottom right corner to create the announcement.
